My name is Travis Patron and I am investigating attacks directed against our nation in furtherance of transitioning Canada into the “world’s first post-national country”, a crime against humanity and a violation of the Rome Statute (Article 7, paragraph 2(a)).
As recent as 1971, Canada was ethnically 97% European descent. Today, that demographic character stands at a diminished ~64% due to this suppression of our nationality.
In response, I began campaigning to “maintain Canada’s European-descended demographic majority”, and in furtherance of this goal, register the Canadian Nationalist Party with Elections Canada. I succeeded in time for the 43rd Federal Election (October 21st, 2019). However, our party was de-registered on March 31st, 2022 as I was being arbitrarily held in custody by the Province of Saskatchewan.
The highest court in that province denied my right to have the validity of imprisonment determined by way of habeas corpus.
Now I am suing the Crown after depriving Canada of its ‘Nationalist’ electoral option in excess of jurisdiction.
Habeas corpus ad subjiciendum is an ancient writ within English common law protecting its citizens from illegal imprisonment.
Saskatchewan has maintained that my political speech entitled Beware The Parasitic Tribe (June 4th, 2019) is a criminal liability, but I look forward to proving otherwise.
