I am making the following grievance public because I believe Canadians deserve to know how the youth of our nation are being taken advantage of (ageism).
For future reference, I define ‘youth of our nation’ as 20-something year-olds or younger.
The youth of our nation are being denied their right to reasonable enjoyment of property.
During the 43rd Federal Election (September – October, 2019), I rented the Golden Age Center located in Redvers. However, during the time I leased this property, the Committee responsible for renting it frustrated the agreement by continuing to enter the premise without any advanced notice.
Even though I paid the full price to rent the building, the Committee continued to enter the building as though no agreement was in place.
It is reasonable to suggest that at the price paid, I should be able to enjoy the use of the property without disturbance of my peace.
The Committee was aware that I am a political candidate participating in public affairs. No explanation was given at the time, nor have I received one about this incident from the Committee.
Based on the actions of the Committee, it made no difference that I paid a substantial amount to rent the building. They first quoted me a price, then when I agreed, went back to their Committee and quoted me a new, increased price. Once I had agreed to the newly quoted price (which was double), they continued to enter the building as if nothing had changed – even when I was inside the building and the door was locked.
The Golden Age Center is located at 11 Broadway Street in Redvers, Saskatchewan.
Pursuant the Frustrated Contracts Act of Saskatchewan, I am entitled to restitution for the Committee frustrating my tenancy of the Golden Age Center during the election period:
Apportionment of lost expenses In determining the value of the expenses lost due to frustration or avoidance, the court shall consider the contract price.
– Section 6(1), Frustrated Contracts Act
This frustration of our tenancy during the election period must be remedied.
Landlord’s right to enter rental unit A landlord must not enter a rental unit that is subject to a tenancy agreement for any purpose unless one of the following applies:
(a) the tenant gives permission at the time of the entry or not more than seven days before the entry;
(b) at least 24 hours and not more than seven days before the entry, the landlord gives the tenant written notice that includes the following information:
(i) the purpose for entering, which must be reasonable; (ii) the date and the time of the entry;
Section 45, Residential Tenancies Act of Saskatchewan
A tenant is entitled to quiet enjoyment including, but not limited to, reasonable privacy, freedom from unreasonable disturbance, exclusive possession of the rental unit subject only to the landlord’s right to enter the rental unit in accordance with section 45, use of common areas for reasonable and lawful purposes, free from significant interference.
Therefore, it is appropriate that I be refunded the entire contract price of the tenancy agreement in response to the Landlord violating my right to quiet enjoyment of the property.
In their charge to the jury on October 5th, 2022, Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan Justice Neil Robertson cited Canada as a “free and democratic society”.
4 years have passed since those charges were laid on February 14th, 2021 under section 319 of the Criminal Code and I have yet to receive even a copy of the criminal complaint submitted to the Crown in the matter.
By withholding such access to personal information, the Crown has exceeded the reasonable limits demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society (section 1 of the Charter).
On April 16th, 2021, the Crown used this information to deny myself bail, and subsequently, de-register the Canadian Nationalist Party.
The Canadian Nationalist Party was registered by Elections Canada on September 15th, 2019, shortly after confirming their first candidate in the 43rd Federal Election. It was later de-registered by Elections Canada on March 31st, 2022 while Travis Patron remained arbitrarily imprisoned at the Regina Provincial Correctional Center (RPCC).
In June of this year, the Federal Court refused our right to access this information and I have now made an appeal to the Supreme Court to determine the validity of imprisonment following Justice Hind’s April 16th, 2021 decision to apply a reverse onus on the accused to “show cause” why they should be granted bail.
This withholding of information used to apply a reverse onus has not been done for the sake of our national interests, but to advance a political objective of transitioning Canada into the “world’s first post-national country”. Therefore, I am making representations to the Crown that it be disclosed to the accused.
We originally made this application to the Supreme Court on October 1st, 2024 in accordance with the sessions of that court (section 32, Supreme Court Act).
Very real risk to public safety … “The fear that sensitive information may ultimately be disclosed may lead our intelligence agencies to decide not to share it with law enforcement, with a corresponding and very real risk to public safety”
It’s time for Canada to embark on a discovery of what information exactly was used to deprive our nation of its right to electoral democracy.
After refusing us access to the information requested, the burden lies with the Crown to prove that it has not been used to violate our nation’s right to a “free and democratic society”, and unless the Crown can prove this, the religious sermon entitled Beware The Parasitic Tribe will remain public on this here website.
As trier of fact, the Canadian public has the right to examine this propaganda as evidence in the claim that it is protected under Article 4 of the Treaty of Paris:
“His Britannick Majesty, on his side, agrees to grant the liberty of the Catholick religion to the inhabitants of Canada: he will, in consequence, give the most precise and most effectual orders, that his new Roman Catholic subjects may profess the worship of their religion according to the rites of the Romish church, as far as the laws of Great Britain permit.”
– Article 4, Treaty Of Paris (February 10th, 1763)
This speech was originally published in June of 2019, and for over 18 months following, Richard Warman of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network filed criminal complaints with the RCMP under the false presence that it is ‘Jews’ I am referring to as parasites (despite my consistent refutations).
The Canadian Anti-Hate Network has received hundreds of thousands of dollars in financial grants from the federal government and has used these grants to file criminal ‘hate speech’ complaints against political candidates under the false pretense of “combating anti-semitism”:
False Pretences “Every one commits an offence who knowingly makes, directly or indirectly, a false statement in writing with intent that it should be relied on, with respect to the financial condition of any organization that he acts for, for the purpose of procuring, in any form whatsoever beneficial to that organization, the granting of credit;”
– Section 362(1)(c)(iv), Criminal Code
And so while organizations such as B’nai Brith might cry victim while lashing out, the propaganda in question enjoys immunity from prosecution by way of our Roman Catholic right as enshrined in treaties binding on the Crown.
If Canada is truly a “free and democratic society”, then it will hear the appeal we have made to the Supreme Court in addition to diplomatic immunity from any prosecution related to occurrence #2019-919038.
“O that thou hadst not contaminated thy corporeal part by the flesh of the beast and the meat of His living creatures! This is as one of the stones that covers up thy soul, and blockades thy way to the upper grades.”
– OAHSPE, Book of Judgement, Ch. 13, verse 24
In September, 2020 I came into the possession of a full-volume religious text entitled the OAHSPE.
I heard of this “new bible” from other spiritualist sources and, after some minor research into the subject, it captured my interest.
Shortly thereafter, I placed an order for the book, and mysteriously, it showed up on my doorstep a week later free of charge.
I took it as a sign and immediately began reading into it. The only reference to this book I had heard was found online. No one that I knew personally had ever come across it before, but what I found within the book was compelling.
Herein is knowledge that can liberate those who abide by it. I can assure the reader that there is wisdom in the OAHSPE not of an earthly nature:
OAHSPE, Book Of Judgement, Ch. 21:18-32
To love the Creator above all else; And your neighbor as yourself; Sell all you have, and give to the poor; Return good for evil; Do good to others, with all your wisdom and strength; Abnegate self in all respects; Making thyself a servant unto your Creator; Owning or possessing nothing under the sun; And look into your soul, to judge yourself constantly, to discover where and how you shall do the most good; Complaining not against Jehovih for anything that happens; Making your neighbor rejoice in you; Making yourself affiliative; Without self-righteousness above anyone; Being a producer of something good; And learn to rejoice in your own life, with singing, dancing, and a jovial heart, paying due respect to rites and ceremonies, so that all things may be orderly before Jehovih.
The Children of Cosmon consider the OAHSPE Bible to be a religious text of divine inspiration.
The book explicitly brands itself as containing “new commandments to man of the present day” and describes the dawning of a new era named ‘Kosmon’, beginning on March 31st, 1848.
The basis of the book is historical revelation and guidance to man as he transitions into this new age of spiritual development.
One of the underlying themes of this teaching is the importance of living as a herbivore. The OAHSPE Bible commands a “change from carnivorous men and women of contention to herbivorous men and women of peace”.
I admit that this dietary change has not been easy for me, but I have been vegetarian for almost 6 years now. I began in December, 2019.
I have read extensively on the topic of vegetarian, both perspectives in favour of and against, and I am adamant that it is the correct decision. For me, the most important aspect of not consuming meat or fish is the ethical considerations. Namely, I have a problem with the industrialized slaughter of innocent animals for profit.
The Book of Genesis tells that humans are given dominion over the animal kingdom, and with that dominion comes responsibility. But it is not hard to see that humankind has become a tormentor of the animal kingdom instead of its steward or protector.
A sizeable portion of human beings make their living by raising animals in captivity, then slaughtering them in captivity. At no point is the animal given a real chance at freedom. This is not fair game. It is animal cruelty. The flesh of these animals is then packaged and sold on the market to consumers who are willfully ignorant of where and how their product was sourced.
Vegetarianism is a conscientious choice not to patronize these industries because the earth needs a period of healing.
Humans have done such damage to their environment because they act as though as long as they do not directly see the results of their actions, they are somehow disconnected from its consequences. This is short-sighted (see: Stanley Milgram experiments). Every living creature on this planet is connected, and if you do harm (or empower others to do harm), you will reap the karmic debt of your actions.
To the degree a person understands what they are doing is wrong, they will incur karmic debt.
It should come as no surprise to the carnivore then, that he finds himself being led to the slaughter after inflicting the same fate on innocent animals.
After spending a significant amount of time imprisoned, I know how it feels to be locked up and physically abused. I look at the way many of these animals are being treated for the sake of spectator sport/entertainment and it reminds me of my time incarcerated. Part of me wants to intervene on their behalf, even if the mad crowd deplores my actions. Can they not see the pain being inflicted on these animals? What have they done to deserve this? These animals simply want to be left in peace. Their horns are cut off and their hides are cruelly branded. They are physically abused for spectator sport.
As I mentioned, I have read and studied many perspectives on the vegetarian question, but the reader must understand: I am not doing this primarily for my physical health, but my spiritual health. It might be nice to be thick with muscle, but I trust that by abiding a spiritual intelligence, I am under the influence of a higher power who provides the protection which would otherwise necessitate being physically stronger.
I am aware that it is typically more difficult to build muscle without consuming meat, but that is not to say it cannot be done. The animal kingdom sources its protein from the plant kingdom. Therefore, humans can do the same. Besides, obesity is an epidemic in North America. People wouldn’t be so fat if they took a break from beef/pork/etc. Barring some extenuating health condition, I have but little respect for fat people. Maintain a decent physique. Your body is a temple to be cared for.
“Whether it is flesh, milk or cheese that man uses for food, behold, in the herbs, plants and trees I created, I gave the same things. Let man discover them, and understand the fruit of my inventions.”
– OAHSPE
Again, we are vegetarian because it is the ethically responsible choice. We are not even in the same league as the meat-eater, so any comparison is moot.
When I sit down at restaurants now and consider the menu, I notice how almost every dish is chicken, beef, or pork-based. When almost every option on the menu involves a chicken breast, are we really to believe that this is all free-range, sustainably sourced poultry? Not likely! Restaurants that do not have vegetarian options in the current day and age deserve to be called out for their insolence. Vegetarianism ought to be enforced as the default option amongst inmate populations and correctional centers.
As a Canadian, I take pride in ordering poutine at a restaurant when the menu is loaded with meat based options. When people complain that I eat too much or that I eat too quickly, I simply point out that I don’t even eat meat – the bulk of their dietary intake! Meat eaters on average leave a much larger carbon footprint on the environment than vegetarians do. Therefore, if everything I’m eating is plant-based, I’ll eat as much of it and as frequency as I please. I don’t sit down at 3 separate intervals during the day to feed, I eat small meals throughout the day (unless I am fasting).
Fasting is another important dietary consideration that deserves an article of its own.
When it comes to vegetarianism, it is indeed a matter of life and death. We vegetarians honour life by sourcing our dietary needs from a system that does not require wholesale killing.
If you significantly change your diet in accordance with the divine commandment contained in the OAHSPE to do so, you will develop a heightened awareness and sensory perception previously unknown to you. You will become a different person.
One of the main benefits I have noticed since becoming vegetarian is that I am less impulsive/prone to emotional conflict. To be sure, there are still situations that trigger me, but if I was still a carnivore, I would be much more aggressive when it comes to interpersonal relationships. I am much more controlled and deliberate in my response to emotional stimulation.
If I were to start eating meat again, within 1 – 3 months, my demeanor would change with it. I would be more cantankerous and confrontational.
It has been said that the flesh/tissue of the human body (muscle fascia, organs, ligaments, tendons, blood – everything except the bones) completely replaces itself in cycles of no more than a few years. That means that, in a few years from now, you will have a completely different set of eyeballs based on what you are eating today. In a few years from now, your skin will have been wholly remade in the image of what you are now consuming. Knowing this, would you not want your physiology reconstituted using the most ethically-sourced material? How would your health change by doing so? How would your emotional state and day-to-day life change? Do you think you would be more at peace with the world?
Approximately 70% of the human body is water weight. With this in mind, the simplest way to improve your health is to drink only the highest quality fluids. And where do you suppose you will find the highest quality water? In fruits and vegetables. They’ve already done the filtration for you.
Upon reading the OAHSPE, you might be shocked how much emphasis is placed on vegetarianism. It is not mentioned in passing. It is not a mere suggestion. There are numerous scriptural references that talk about how a person’s diet will influence the conditions they inherit in the afterlife. This is just another testament to the idea that a person’s diet says much about their personal character. The way a person feeds themselves demonstrates their spiritual maturity.
“And man ate fish and flesh, becoming carnivorous, and darkness came upon him, and he no more heard the voice of Jehovih, or believed in Him. This was the fifth era.”
– OAHSPE
For anyone reading this now considering vegetarianism, I must warn you that in order to maintain strength it is necessary to exercise regularly, otherwise you risk getting “soft” quite quickly. You will, however, notice that upon exercising regularly, a lean, muscular physique is entirely possible to achieve without consuming meat. The key is to exercise regularly enough so that your body is always growing stronger while maintaining a diet that provides you with a steady source of plant-based protein. What I have found is that, given sufficient exercise, a body will use whatever nutrients are available to it for growth, but if a body lacks exercise, even what is available to it will be for naught. A person cannot eat their way to health. Just as faith without work is dead, a body must perform the necessary exercise if they are to grow stronger.
I have heard from many people who used to be vegetarian or who tried it for a while and went back to a meat-based diet. From these accounts I am convinced only that the person lacked the willpower to stay the course. As I have said previously, eating a vegetarian diet is not easy. It is an exorcism. It demands a change in lifestyle to accommodate it. You might even encounter people who deplore you for this dietary choice.
The biodiversity of the plant kingdom offers us so much delicious food and medicine, but most humans are not aware of it. They are familiar only with what is promoted to them through mainstream advertisements and markets. For every ailment and affliction, there exists a natural remedy.
Although I still have much to learn, I consider myself to be a vegetarian bodybuilder. It is important however, not to be too rigid in one’s diet (don’t be surprised if you see me eating cheese curds with my poutine). A person’s diet should not be their punishment. As a general rule, I don’t consume anything except that which is directly sourced from plants. Sometimes I deviate from this rule, but I always keep it in mind and return to it when making important nutritional choices.
Because of this, I expect to live a more fulfilling and inspired life.
